(1)選用先外噴后內噴的逐層制冷加工工藝。因為厚壁無縫鋼管的內灑水是以厚壁無縫鋼管的一端流入此外一端,厚壁無縫鋼管在兩邊的制冷速率不一樣,進而造成 厚壁無縫鋼管彎曲。故可選用先開展外灑水制冷,促使厚壁無縫鋼管表面產生機構變化,再用內灑水開展降溫的方式 ,防止厚壁無縫鋼管彎曲崎變,內灑水比外噴頭的延遲時間可選用2~10s。
(1) The layer by layer refrigeration process of external injection and internal injection is selected. Because the internal sprinkler of the thick wall seamless steel pipe flows into the other end from one end of the thick wall seamless steel pipe, the refrigeration rate of the thick wall seamless steel pipe is different on both sides, resulting in the bending of the thick wall seamless steel pipe. Therefore, it can be used to carry out external watering for cooling first to promote the mechanism change on the surface of thick wall seamless steel pipe, and then carry out internal watering for cooling to prevent the bending and deformation of thick wall seamless steel pipe. The delay time of internal watering compared with external sprinkler can be 2 ~ 10s.
(2)降低厚壁無縫鋼管在轉動輪上的懸出端長短。根據有效的轉動輪合理布局及厚壁無縫鋼管長短操縱,將厚壁無縫鋼管頂端懸出量操縱在≤600mm,可合理減少熱處理時的向心力,減少厚壁無縫鋼管液壓鋼管彎曲度。
(2) Reduce the length of the overhanging end of the thick wall seamless steel pipe on the rotating wheel. According to the reasonable layout of effective rotating wheels and the length control of thick wall seamless steel pipe, the hanging amount at the top of thick wall seamless steel pipe is controlled to be ≤ 600mm, which can reasonably reduce the centripetal force during heat treatment and reduce the bending of thick wall seamless steel pipe and hydraulic steel pipe.

(3)有效操縱轉動輪轉速比。

(4)操縱水淬轉動輪核心。轉動輪核心誤差對厚壁無縫鋼管熱處理時彎曲度有比較大影響。經科學研究,轉動輪核心偏差應調節在0~5mm。
(4) Operate the water quenched rotating wheel core. The core error of rotating wheel has a great influence on the bending of thick wall seamless steel pipe during heat treatment. Through scientific research, the core deviation of the rotating wheel should be adjusted within 0 ~ 5mm.
(5)操縱內外灑水量及勻稱性。油氣井管熱處理制冷選用外表層層.流制冷加內徑向噴涌方法時,外灑水量尺寸及勻稱性,內灑水量尺寸及內噴頭的對中度也是厚壁無縫鋼管水淬時彎曲度的關鍵影響要素。
(5) Control the internal and external sprinkling water volume and uniformity. Heat treatment and refrigeration of oil and gas well tubes shall be carried out in layers When the method of flow cooling and inner diameter gushing is used, the size and symmetry of external water spraying, the size of internal water spraying and the influence of internal nozzle are also the key factors affecting the bending of thick wall seamless steel pipe during water quenching.
